Our alpaca comes from small farms in Great Britain and is spun by the Natural Fibre Company in Cornwall. So, not Dutch, but European. It's also of the highest quality and animal and environmentally friendly. All colors are hand-dyed.

The yarn length is approximately 400 meters/100 grams, which means it falls into the fingering/sock yarn category, or Yarn Group A.

This keeps the lines short and allows us to know exactly where the wool comes from and where it has been before it ends up in our shop. All Schaapjeswol is hand-dyed, sometimes with plants, but also with environmentally friendly dyes.
